点评：We selected this hotel based on the fact that TripAdvisor listed it as the #1 hotel in Conway. And it really was nice and quiet and check in was easy and all that good stuff until this morning when I was greeted by a roach. Yes, in my bed with me! This is my first time ever seeing a roach in any of the hotels I've ever stayed in. I know it happens but it just made me change my mind about the whole beautiful experience. Yes, one roach can stop the show. I went home wondering if any of that creepy bug's family was nearby. At the front desk they asked if it were a roach or a palmetto.....Did it really matter? Oh well, this would have been a great review but yes, in my case one roach can make a difference and I'll be passing this one on by if we ever have to stay in Conway again. I'm so sorry because everything else was okay.
