点评：I love Longhorns Steak, so when I am in the mood for one, they are my go to! Unfortunately, this was not my only bad experience with this restaurant, but it was at the Decker location, vs. Harbison. Last night it was Harbison. We called ahead & they said it would be about 40 mins. We waited for more like an hour, before we were called. When we sat down, my mom noted the table was dirty & proceeded to wipe it with a white tissue she had. When she finished there was a dark red spot on it, like A-1. She then also noted that there were two white napkins under our table & one of the black cloth ones on the floor. When the waitress came, she asked her if she could wipe the table again because it was not clean & showed her the napkin. She did not seem very pleased with having to do this. When she came back, she had a spray bottle, which was some type of cleaner, and it was set up on squirt, instead of.spray. She proceeded to spray the table in front of my mom and the spray went all on my mom’s shirt and in her face. She was so shocked she couldn’t even say anything me and my brother we’re just sitting there looking at the situation in unbelief. She only wiped off that spot quickly and walked away. We were very upset that this had happened. When she came back to take our order, my brother very calmly asked her if we could have another waitress. She look like she did not understand why and did not ask and just said OK. He also asked to speak to the manager. The manager did not arrive for about 20 minutes and when she finally came over, I asked what the problem was. I explain to her the situation, and she seem very unconcerned and act like it was no big deal. I also told her about the trash underneath of the table in the napkins, and she also seem very unconcerned about that, and never even addressed that. She apologized about the spray.and said she would speak to her about cleaning tables before guest arrived. Which was not the issue it was cleaning it correctly if I guest is sitting at. I thought we were going to receive really bad service after that, but the next waitress was great and took really good care of us, and the food was excellent as always.
