点评：We recently visited this restaurant as a party of 9 to celebrate the holidays, and it was an absolute disaster. From start to finish, the experience was a big letdown.
First, the food was average at best. Nothing stood out as special, and most of the dishes were lukewarm at best. But the real issue was the service — it was deplorable. The first two dishes were served after an agonizing 15-minute wait, and then, shockingly, the other six dishes came out piecemeal. We had to wait another 10-15 minutes between each dish, and by the time the last ones were brought out, we were all well into our conversation rather than enjoying the meal together.
To make matters worse, they never served the 9th dish at all. It was as if they’d forgotten about it. When we brought this to the attention of the waiter, two of our orders were wrong. The dishes had to be sent back, causing even more delays.
We spoke to the manager about the situation, but he was completely lost for words and seemed utterly unprepared to handle the issue. As if that weren’t bad enough, our waiter was so embarrassed he never even came over to apologize for the numerous mistakes.
In the end, we walked out feeling completely disappointed and frustrated. Don’t waste your money or time here. This was a major holiday letdown, and we certainly won’t be back.
