Rigsby's Smoked Burgers, Wings & Grill的点评
点评：Not a good experience for Sunday lunch yesterday. We had to wait to be seated, although there were 2 tables right in front of hostess stand that were clean and empty. Finally we’re told they could seat our 7 at high top in bar, but they would have to clean it. Ten more minutes and we were seated — tables beside hostess stand with comfortable chairs still vacant.
Waitress was also bartender. Although she was kind and polite, she was very slow. Had to ask her if Sunday brunch was stilled available as we were not offered that menu — she had to go find them. Iced teas/Cokes were served immediately, but no refills for 20-30 minutes. Then food started coming out. 1 if our party had pizza and was served first — 45 minutes after we were seated. 10 minutes later, May wife was served her French toast with only a small drizzle of fruit compote — included syrup never got to table although was requested. 2 more got their burgers in another 10 minutes. The 2 more got burgers. Then 1 more burger and 1 bucket of bones arrived. I was the first to place order and requested the farmer’s brunch bowl. I was told after other 6 meals had finally dribbled out that they were “still working” on my bowl. Some 20 minutes later, it arrived after ALL others had finished eating. The bowl was the biggest greasiest sloppiest mess I have ever seen. It was disgusting! (I have had it before and it was quite good). I found literally 1 bite of sausage in the bowl and 2 crumbles of bacon — no more at all. It was awful.
From the time we arrived at 12:15 pm until we left, we had been there 1 hour and 50 minutes and had basically a sub par meal with mediocre service and a high cost.
Just like the local 2 Bojangles (also owed by Mr Rigsby), this place is overpriced, with sub-par food quality and poorly trained staff.
Boiling Springs SC BADKY needs good Sunday lunch choices, but this is DEFINITELY NOT one you can depend on for consistency in food or service.
