点评：Unfortunately the Manager on the day, Elie?! On Friday, 3 January 2025 aruOnd 1115 was very unprofessional. She was rude when seating us. Two mothers and three children. First she took our drink order and left out one child's drink. At the same time as taking the drink order she took our food order. We waited for ONE HOUR and she never came to talk to us again. Other staff brought the drinks. We then noticed other people next to us being served their food who came after us. We asked where our food order was. The other lovely staff were baffled. They said there is no food order. Then this manager came up to the counter and said 'oh sorry I didn't put the food order in'. A manager who forgets a food order! I don't think so. VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOWARDS INNOCENT CHIlDREN! APPALLING SERVICE. GO TO VINCENTIA SHOPS ANY OF THEM ANYWHERE ELSE, 100 PER CENT BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ESPECIALLY WHEN MANAGER'S ARE HORRIBLE.
