费城霍舍姆万枫酒店及套房的点评
点评：This would be five stars if it weren’t for some things
the place is clean.
I love the few staff that really smile, they really smile at you, there is a person that is on the dayshift in am that will just argue with you and it is not cool.
I believe this could be addressed by the nice gentleman manager behind the desk and teach her.
Here are the things that need to be improved on.
They need to forewarn you about the daily fire alarm that goes off so you do not get traumatized and think that we have to head out of the building -that would be communication.
Fresh coffee early in the morning there is not fresh coffee this morning.
It’s from yesterday. yuk!!
In the workout room they have
a machine in middle that’s broken the treadmills need separation so at least two can be in there.
(one guy hogged treadmill)
and not really his fault because if the other one wasn’t right smack up next to his, we could’ve used it.
Several times we called down to the front desk and we did not get anyone answering the phone so do not call down because this happened several times at all different times and nothing.
I brought this up to the front desk and she said she was busy. it happened multiple times.
