点评:We have stayed at this hotel many, many times, primarily for its convenient location to family. This last time, however, will probably be our last for a long, long while. I made reservations for a suite back in January. When we arrived we were given a room that did NOT meet our expectations. To our surprise, it was a handicapped room that smelled musty, had an inadequate bathroom for our needs and was missing a TV in the living area. We called down to the front desk and were told that was the only suite left. So we swallowed hard and stayed. The next day we tried to talk to the manager but were told he wasn't in (this continued to be the story several times we tried...he was never available). I spoke to the sales manager and he was not sympathetic to our complaints; he obviously wants to fill up the rooms as much as possible and told me they didn't really have to provide us a suite at all, just a room! He also said they plan to renovate the hotel in a week. Well, good luck because they won't see this Marriott Elite member. The best thing they have going for them are their employees, and we heard that management does not treat them very well, either. P.S. my wife left our home phone number at the front desk for the manager to call.....several days later, nothing.
