点评：I visited the Wildflowers Bistro twice during my 2 business trips at the Holiday Inn on my way to a trade show in New Jersey and another time on my way back to Canada. The first time i dined was for an early dinner and I had the French onion soup and the bbq boneless wings and they were a generous portion and delicious. It was a warm day and I had the opportunity to dine outside on the patio which was really lovely with a view of the forest. The second visit was a later dinner and I ate inside in the dining room and had the chicken cordon bleu with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. It was the best meal I had had in a long time. The prices on the menu are very reasonable considering the food quality. The dining staff are attentive, professional and friendly. Hope was my server and I made a point of complimenting the chef Eazy as I know how challenging it can be to present a fabulous meal and this meal was outstanding. I would highly recommend dining at the Holiday Inn in Wilkes-Barre. I’ll be back again for sure.
