点评:I reserved a room here more than 3 months in advance for last Saturday July 22nd. When I walked up to the desk the girl immediately asked if I booked with Expedia. I said that I did and she responded that they were overbooked and didn't have a room for me. I asked what I should do and she told me to go across the street to the Days Inn, that they would have a room for me. Things only got worse from there, the Days Inn wanted to charge me $187 plus tax for a room that they normally sell for $60 a night on advance rate. If I didn't have a car that night I would have been forced to sleep outside. I'm very angry that a hotel takes advantage of people like this and the booking sites still allow them to do it. I think it's fairly obvious that they gave my room away because they got more money from someone else paying a last-minute walk-up rate. They never called me to tell me they weren't going to give me a room. They didn't even apologize to me when they sent me away. Then worst of all they wasted my time by sending me across the street to a hotel that didn't even have a room with two beds available and wanted to charge me a much higher rate for a room that only had one bed. Beware!
