点评：A business colleague was traveling through Cranberry, PA, and I suggested that we meet for early drinks and appetizers here. It was Friday about 4:30 and already all the high tops in the bar were either occupied or reserved. We were shown to a table on the patio by Laura (or Lauren?) who never made eye contact, wasn't friendly and didn't answer my question about us going to alternative/smaller table. She was a beautiful young lady but with apparently no personality nor knowledge about customer service/having only one opportunity to make a first impression. I would have rated this visit with 5 stars had it not been for her lack of professionalism.
Soon, our server, Dominique (sp?) arrived full of smiles and perkiness. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu choices, and we ordered several, which all turned out great. Food quality was really good, carrot cake was to-die-for, and portions were not small. Dominique was truly professional, friendly and very upbeat which made our business visit very delightful.
The manager was advised of his staff's performance, and he appreciated our input. Seemed like a good guy.
