Sophia's Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria的点评
点评：This is the second time we have visited this pizza place. Both experiences were the same. We had hoped that our first bad experience was an “off night” and that the restaurant would redeem themselves on the 2nd visit. We were soooo wrong.
Our order was a salad, order of fries and pizza. This is our standard order at any pizza place. Typically at all other establishments, the salad arrives first, the fries next and finally the pizza.
After waiting 45 minutes, the waitress brings us a salad with no dressing, cold shriveled fries and a barely warm pizza.
Seriously, how can a waitress, or cook, not notice that the prepared food had been just sitting there getting cold.
There was another table with 3 people at it that sat there for almost an hour and they had not even been given the chance to order.
The restaurant is clearly not interested in taking care of seated customers. They are more concerned with take out orders.
We can not recommend this place for any sit down dinner experience. We can recommend 2 restaurants located within a mile of Sophia’s. Both Musso’s or Sebastiano’s offer great food and sit down service.
