点评：Normally both LongHorn and Outback are very reliable when travelling, but this experience was just MEH. We were seated right away, but sat for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged, got water, silverware, etc. This wouldn't be an issue if they were busy, but there were servers counting their tips at 2 different tables near the front door, so it clearly wasn't busy. We eventually ordered, had to ask for bread, which came...again... eventually. One order was good, one steak ordered medium well, was delivered medium rare, and almost rare. I sent it back requesting that it be cooked just a little bit longer. It was returned...eventually. Nothing from the server, no apologies, no I'll fix this right away, nothing. If this had been our first visit to a LongHorn Steakhouse, it would have been our last. No 'thanks for coming in' and no 'have a good evening' nothing. Literally, meh. Next time driving through this area, will not be stopping here to eat.
