The Lot at Edgewater的点评
点评：If you are considering this location for a large “upscale” dinner party, you may want to reconsider as The Lot management will not honor your reservation no matter how far in advance arrangements are made. Our party of 18 was reserved five weeks in advance for one large table in the patio and confirmed 10 days ahead of time. We even made a trip to the restaurant 4 days before to review the arrangements. Unfortunately, without warning, on the day of the event, we were moved inside and squeezed into two tables between the kitchen and the bathroom ruining our seating arrangements, table decorations and ability to communicate with each other. Of course, no one from management explained, apologized or even came over to the party during the evening to check on us. We would have received better treatment if we showed up without warning at a pizza place! The only thing upscale about The Lot are the prices. If you don’t mind spending over $1000 to be treated this way, then go ahead and book your party here. Otherwise, go to an establishment where they care about their customers.
