点评:I’ve been going to breakfast at Wendy’s Newtown on my way to work for about 3 years. I alternate between Wendy’s and Chic Fil A.
Initially I would get there at 9am, go in and place and pick up my order. However more often than not they would not open the doors until 9:15 or so.
I discovered that I could place my order on the app and pick it up through the drive through so I won’t be late for work.
Today, 8-31-2024 around 9am I got yelled at by the guy at the pickup window for riding my bicycle through the drive through. I’ve been doing this for 2 years or so and never had a problem nor seen a sign stating that fact.
If it wasn’t for the breakfast potatoes that are delicious (the rest of the menu is mediocre at best) In addition to the belligerent pickup window person I wouldn’t ever come to Wendy’s due to the other mostly ignorant uninterested staff, quite a contrast with Chic Fil A whom are friendly and pleasant.
Wendy’s management, do yourself a favor and visit a Chic Fil A to see how customers should be treated.
