Logan Inn的点评
点评：I was a guest at the Logan Inn in Room 15. The sleeping accommodations were adequate but the current system for HVAC does not allow for a comfortable night's sleep because it was either too hot when the heat was on or too cold when it was off - there was no moderate option.
My bigget concern relates to the dangerous situation i had in my bathroom. The rainhead shower was not functioning so the only option was to use the handheld wand. The handheld wand does not allow for a fixed stream of water and only sprays up towards the ceiling because of the water pressure. During my shower, the brass wand became detached and hit the ceiling with great force. When the piece landed on the shower floor. The plastic handle broke into pieces. The result was a stream of water blasting the ceiling until I shut rhe water off. I had a head full of shampoo so I had to reattach the wand.
If the wand had been directed differently and hit me, I could have been seriously injured.
The hotel did not have anyone in management on site so I was directed to email the general manager and to expect a response before i checked out. Her name was Maggie Smith and I emailed right away. It's been two months and I still haven't received a response.
I was not looking for any type of compensation but acknowledgment would have been appropriate. I prefer to stay in hotels that have a higher level if standards in their operations and customer service.
