点评：What happened to service?? We go there occasionally because the food was great atmosphere was great and the staff was great. But last night, we were shocked. We got there early and sat at the outside bar to wait for the remainder of our party. The two bartenders never once greeted us or even acknowledged we were there. The watched as both never even looked at the bar for 10 minutes, to see if anyone needed anything. The one girl came in front of us and stacked dirty glasses, filling 3 racks, and again never looked up to even say I’ll be right with you. When they finally did start to service the bar, they only went to those who had meals to replenish their drinks. We finally got our drinks, and another patron stood next to me waiting to get service. She had been there a while and also said she had never seen such horrible service here before. When our table was ready, I had to “catch” the bartender to ask for our check….and got a smarky, I’ll be there when I can.
We finally got seated with our party, at least the waitress in side was very pleasant and nice. Unfortunately the drinks we ordered there took a long time to be delivered. Worse yet, we ordered an appetizer which never came. I asked her to check on it. A server came out a minute later with what looked to be our order, but gave it to the next table, which came in much later after us. We got our meals, but never got our appetizer.
To their credit, the meals we ordered were very good. But the service was some of the worst I’ve seen at any restaurants.
I hope someone at their restaurant reads this and addresses this with their staff. It is a beautiful location and setting, and the food is excellent. Please get back to the service that the Blue Bird was known for.

我希望他们餐厅的工作人员能看到这条消息，并和员工一起解决这个问题。这家餐厅的地理位置优越，环境优美，食物也很棒。请恢复蓝鸟餐厅一贯的服务。
