Terrible experience. Unclean. No hot water for a bit on a busy weekend. Poor management/leadership.

*No hot water on a Saturday morning. We were told a manager would call us later that afternoon to discuss the situation (since he wasn't there at that moment). We checked at the desk later and we were told they would put our name and number on a piece of paper and the manager would call us. The next day, we stopped by the desk again and we were told the manager worked late the night before so he wouldn't be in until later on. But they put our name and number on a piece of paper again so he could call us (heard this before).
*Also on Saturday, the person working the Starbucks left the counter and said he would be back at 1:00. A group of us waited since it was around 12:50 when he stepped away. He never returned until 1:45. Another gentleman (said he works in the maintenance crew) said he couldn't find the person and kept apologizing, checking back in with all of us in line. At 1:45, I went over to the front desk to inquire what was going on. The gentleman said, "Oh well he is back now so what's the problem?" I turned around and indeed the guy was back at the counter.
*The common areas are dirty and unattended.
