点评：We had a reservation at the formal restaurant almost next door, but since we needed to dine elsewhere (the other restaurant staff completely ignored us at our table for 15 min!) and found this gem just a few steps away.
What a difference in service! We were seated immediately and our order was taken a short time later. We were so glad we BOTH ordered a bowl of pepper Jack tomato soup! It was a bisque full of chunky tomatoes, and a nice pile of garlic croutons on top. Fabulous! We also sampled the mallard, roast beef and bacon and cheddar cheese with spinach and horseradish sauce on a warm pretzel roll. It was wonderful. We also had the shrike, with a wonderful chicken salad with whole cranberries, slivered almonds, and spinach on a warm Kaiser roll. Delish!! I switched out my house made potato chips for a basil pesto tortellini —-so yummy!!!
