I paid for BOTH, not one. Guest Relations sent a generic response email and said they would follow up. NOTHING for the instance on 3/19. Filed another complaint tonight for today. Location has currently left me on hold for 38 minutes and still counting while they "find a manager." What a JOKE of an establishment and definitely 1-Star customer service. Their online orders LITERALLY include a 1 of XX number of containers. Ours was missing TWO. No one counts? Double checks?
