Decent new hotel in the Hilton brand

点评：This hotel just opened a couple of months ago in Lancaster. We like the Hilton brand so we decided to stay. It was a decent hotel. The lobby and the breakfast area were well kept and modern in decor. The decor was fresh and new. The front desk agents were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was decent. A few dings here and there on some of the furniture and the door of the bathroom scraped on the floor and the tub had chipped white paint in spots but other than that everything else was good. The room carries a mini fridge. No microwave. Plenty of towels, washcloths and hand towels.
The breakfast offered is bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, and cereal in prepackaged cups with milk. And there’s orange juice and water and lemonade, and apples and bananas. Thats about it. It was sparse, but that is probably the culture for The Spark model, so we understand. The digital key system worked well and the check-in and check out you can do from the app and not have to bother with the front desk for anything. Unless you need extra towels or toilet paper. Everything else was good. We also selected the room we wanted in the app which we got so that was perfect. The parking lot was great. We found a spot every day. Outside the parking lot there’s a piece of property all fenced in and rundown and under construction. We don’t know what was going on there but you had to drive through that area to get to the hotel if you were coming from a certain direction. We would actually stay at this hotel again when in the area.
