Nelson Palms Motel的点评
点评：As my first time visiting Australia I had been looking forward to this trip for a long time. It was made more special as we were visiting our close friends who are from Nelson Bay and recommended this absolute gem, as it was with in walking distance from them.
We chose the deluxe family double room as we had a long stay in Nelson Bay, which was perfect for me and my friend, we had a room each. I was a bit skeptical at first about staying in a motel for a long stay, but this hidden gem was so much more than a motel it was the perfect, little peaceful haven. The interior was stunning, modern and clean, so much attention to detail in the decor, you can tell that a lot of love and thought has gone into this motel. We especially loved the living room area to unwind in the evenings.
Location - Everything we needed was with in 10 min walking distance. It was very calming and peaceful.
Staff - The motel is self service, this worked well for us for our late arrival, it was really straight forward. Staff could not be more accommodating, the communication was 10/10. They answered any questions we had efficiently, nothing was too much. Caitlin the manager I think, was especially helpful, making great recommendations of activities we could do during our stay (we loved the sand dunes, thank you 😊)
Cleanliness - The motel was spotless and fresh no complaints what so ever. We had fresh sheets and towels, the cleaner was very friendly. Beds were super comfy and clean.
Thank you for making our trip so memorable. A birthday I will not forget 😊 We will be back for sure when we next visit our friends.
