斯托克曼汽车旅馆的点评
点评：Stay elsewhere ! We have regulalry stayed at 2- 3 star motels and whilst many may be outdated, they were always clean. Stockman Motor Inn wasn't and is currently a health hazard. The shower and sink weren't cleaned well and the old shower curtain was so pink with mould I would not allow my grandchildren to have a shower there. The microwave was filthy and the fridge rim needs cleaning. Now days when we are more conscious of covid clealiness, this particulaly sort dirtyness was unexpected and rather stressful. The motel advertised a pool but the yellow scum floating on the edge again made it impossible to use safely.
We had a quaddruple room but there were only two unmatched and chipped bowls and not enough cutlery for 4. We had to eat out as the restaurant wasn't operating so there is no breakfast or dinner option.
One of our party had an "updated room" with a fancy headboard but their shower curtain was the same and their TV wasn't even working. Our TV worked but the remote battery kept falling out as the back was missing.
There were some positives,in that the beds themselves were fine and the sheets old fashioned but soft and comfortable. However there is no insulation in the brick walls and I was kep awake all night by over loud thumping music playing throughout the whole night. ( still going at 6am when the kids woke up)
Definitely needs hygienic TLC and maybe insulation in the walls
