点评：Ordered pizzas from this branch and after waiting an hour called the store to ask what happened to the order. I was told the driver was on the way. Then the driver starts calling asking for directions. We waited for the driver outside, talking to him during numerous calls where he kept saying he was nearby while still being completely lost. After this frustrating wait outside when the driver finally arrived the food was completely cold and the evening was ruined as we had spent so much time standing outside rather than with our guests.
But what makes the situation worse is that the manager of this store was very rude on the phone and although he eventually promised to give us a refund, it has been 2 weeks and this refund has not happened! We have tried to contact them to get the refund that was promised but they do not pick up.
They provided terrible service, were rude, and then lied to us about giving us a refund.
