点评：We booked almost a month in advance to celebrate two birthdays this evening. The customer service was awful from start to finish and the music was so loud everyone was shouting to be able to hear each other. We first asked how long our food would be 45 minutes after ordering and never got an update then had to ask another member of staff who told us "we are so busy, we have 10 cheques on". It took 80mins for our food to arrive and half of it was cold, the plates were hotter than the food. We spoke to other guests who were having an equally bad experience. By the time our last dish came it had been 2 hours since we ordered. When a server asked how our food was we shared our concerns to be told 'sorry about that, nothing I can do'. The iceberg wedge with bacon and blue cheese sauce was very lack lustre. We were informed at the end that a chef had gone home, if this is the case we should have been informed on arrival about the wait times. Service was so slow we didn't get the opportunity to order dessert. To end the night, we asked for the bill then approximately 20mins later we got given the bill by different waitress who said "we need you to pay up, we need to cash up" The restaurant was half empty, so it didn’t feel like there was an excuse for how poorly we were treated. It was only saved by the fact the some of the food was really nice. After sharing our concerns for the service with the waitresses, there was no attempt for resolution, they were only keen to get us out the door. We've been before so it's a shame that tonight has put a negative view on the restaurant
