点评：bedroom was clean, comfortable. Good selection of tea/coffee/bottle of water. Biscuits but one Tunnocks bar. Plus one for thee bar, -1 for only one (it was a twin room and i had booked as a couple).
There were earplugs by the side of the bed, was worried it would be noisy, but i shouldn't have worried.
Breakfast was really good, pastries, and juice, followed by the full English. The server was brill, getting my order sorted promptly as i had to make an appointment. Good coffee as well.
The bathroom was tired, although clean. However at this price point I can understand that the decision to update the bathroom would be a difficult one. What i would say is that if they updated the bathrooms they could definitely charge more IMHO.
I would typically budget for c£100-125 for a room and would not have blinked at that price, especially with the breakfast included. I pad c.half that for this room.
If in/near Marlborough would definitely stay here again.
