点评：I went with my family today for a Fathers Day lunch, when we got there the garden was gorgeous and the staff seemed pleasant, it was busy for sure but nothing serious. We ordered & were told there would be a wait, so I said, no problem if we could get some of the focaccia and olives with our drinks to keep us going.
50 minutes later, having had to ask three times, the focaccia and olives came out.
55 minutes after ordering, having had to ask, my child's food came out - chicken goujons, a spattering of cold peas and a tiny handful of chips, that were absolutely covered in salt, which is totally inappropriate for a children's meal: this cost £10.
Over an hour from ordering we were given two children size roasts, and one adult roast. The only difference in size was an extra 1/4 potato on the adults meal, which cost an alarming £14 extra. We had to ask for more potatoes.
When I went to pay, in all honest, really upset that my Fathers Day treat had been so awfully delivered, the service I was fronted with was frankly appalling.
I politely explained the points I have just made (they actually wanted to charge £5 for extra potatoes). The man behind the bar took off 30% and thrust the new bill at me, without making eye contact he took my card payment and turned away which is so incredibly rude.
They have the potential to be amazing and they actually ruined my and my family's day.
