点评：We were staying at Bowood for a birthday treat and had dinner and breakfast in the Shellburne Restaurant and found Rotherhithe dinner to be more than I anticipated. Simply put it was one of the best meals we have ever had. The food was outstanding, I had the Cornish crab and my wife the lamb croquet which were fantastic, a cleaned plate was testament to that. It was followed up by the beef which was cooked to perfection and a delightfully tasting Diane sauce. My wife had the pork belly, yes, cleaned plates again. To finish I had the tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream. It truly was a lovely dessert, not sweet at all. My wife had the bread and butter pudding with honeycomb ice cream, again, not sweet. Service started a little slow but they were full. Wine was good, the house red really was a great choice. Great cocktails to start. Overall a fantastic visit, would highly recommend.
