点评：Quaint little cafe with lovely staff and good standard English food. Nothing fancy on offer but, what is on offer is all cooked on site and that for me counts for a lot. They don't really offer meals, more snacks like soup, sandwiches, jacket spuds etc. A GF person, a Veggie or a Vegan person could all could all find a tasty lunch here. Downsides, there are a couple. For me the fact that they don't allow dogs in is not great. There is quite a big step to enter the cafe, these buidings were built when accessabilty wasn't condidered. The toilet is up stairs so the same issue for some people. They do stop serving hot food quite a long time before they close so check before you sit down. There is an outside seating area which at this time of year is a real sun trap. Due to the fact that everything is cooked to order, there can be a bit of a wait for food at busy times. So, just sit back relax and enjoy your day while you wait.
