点评：We have used The Richard Oastler regularly for a long time, what has happened to their food ? we called in last week for lunch and ordered two all day brunch, they were both definitely not up to scratch, the chips were cold, the egg was very hard and the bacon was hard and dry. This Wetherspoons is convenient for us so we thought we would give them another chance and we called in today for lunch, again not good, steak and kidney pudding not a pudding, had short crust pastry not suet pastry, hardly any meat, chips were undercooked, egg on the ham very hard and I dont think freshly cooked, and again chips hard and under cooked. We could have complained and I think they would have replaced our meals but we didn't have time to wait, having said that though meals should not been served when they were not cooked properly, somebody is not taking care and making sure that the food leaves the kitchen cooked as well as possible. Very disappointed !!
