点评：I have been there 2 times August 2023 and Sept 3rd 2023. After visiting in August I said would never go back, took a break from being on the water and sat at the bar. Sunday afternoon and not overly busy. 2 bar tenders and took 20 minutes to even be noticed for a drink. Between the 2 girls tending bar I could not tell which was more rude and unwelcoming. The food sucked, took a long time and only had 1 drink because was never asked if we wanted another. How these girls can work with the public is beyond me. So I just gave it a try again thinking maybe it was an off day? Wrong!!! After asking the waiter if there was any specific table he would like us to sit he said anyone was fine. After 25 minutes no one came to wait on us? Maybe the customers have to go in and fix there own drinks? Put your own order in with the kitchen? This place sucks!! Never go back again!!! There can't be any management? In the last 6 months I have done a fair amount of traveling, in 12 states from Florida to Maine and west as far as Louisiana. Been in countless waterfront bar restaurants and by far the Grotto gets first place as the biggest dive on the east coast!!! The very worst. The owners must have no shame to have employees representing there business the way they do. Can't believe there not out of business yet. Stay away from this dive hole, any other place a customer picky to visit would be way better than the Grotto.
