点评：I was so excited to have some good BBQ. My wife and I are from Texas and haven't found good cue since we moved to Western New York. The place was really cool and smelled like home. It was very busy with no place to sit, so we ordered to go. We thought we would just have a little picnic in the car. We each ordered 2 meat plates with 2 sides. She had brisket and turkey with beans and mac while I had brisket and sausage with the same sides. They sliced the meat and wrapped in butcher paper and put it in the bag. Slopped our sides into styrofoam containers and didn't even wipe the mess off of them. We couldn't eat the food. It was a sloppy mess. Dirty containers, beef tallow EVERYWHERE. So much time to make good food, but no care for the customer. The brisket was good, although, I had it cold after we went to Dollar Tree to buy suitable containers to rein in the filth so that we could eat it. When I say beef tallow everywhere, I mean we were ruining our clothes just unwrapping the meat. I have NEVER seen this level of giving ZERO f23ks about anyone else. Good food, i think, but a bad experience overall. Would not recommend.
