点评：I want to like this place as the view is so great. I’m not sure why they ask you if you’re celebrating anything when you make a reservation as they don’t do anything ( not that they need too) . They also ask where you would like to be seated, we chose a window ( which we never got even after waiting a half hour)
The hostess crew is clueless and I don’t say this lightly. They really seem like it’s the first day they have ever done this job, management needs to do much more training.
This was our second visit and the wait staff is another area where some training is needed. After we were seated our server forgot us, literally! I wish I was making this up but he came and greeted us and said he was getting us water and didn’t come back for 20 min.
For the price you pay this restaurant is nothing more than ordinary. There are so many really good restaurants in the downtown area I dont’t see a reason to pay a premium for this one. We really want to like it but after 2 attempts we are moving on. The one bright spot is the drinks, they are really good. The food is good but nothing that makes up for the service.
