点评：I've been to the DuBois Ruby Tuesday many times, and never had a problem. On Saturday, July 8, 2023, at about 5:30 pm, we ordered takeout since we were working outside all day. I got a new sandwich called the Ultimate BLT with brisket. I don't know what the meat in the sandwich was, but it wasn't brisket. It looked like old sliced deli meat. The sandwich smelled bad, and tasted horrible. I picked it apart, and ate a few bites of different parts, spit out what I had in my mouth, then threw it away. I immediately called and asked for a manager. I explained about the sandwich, and heard about how the manager doesn't eat beef or chicken. No idea why that was even mentioned. She wanted me to drive back there and get other food, and I said no, I was home, now felt sick, & didn't want anything else. She said she would issue a refund for my sandwich. I spent most of Sunday in the bathroom, so there was definitely something wrong with the food. Monday, I note I was charged for the food, but received no refund, so I called and spoke to a different manager. He said corporate says there is a 5-7 day hold to give me back money for food that made me spend the day in the bathroom. Absolutely horrible food, followed by terrible treatment by management.
