Casa Toro Mexican Grill的点评
点评：I have been going to Casa Toro for over 10 years. The food has always been delicious and service has been great. I have only ordered take away since Covid started. Today I went with my family of 10 for dinner at 4:55 and was TURNED away, literally turned away. The manager informed me that she couldn't seat a party of our size and that she had turned away another large party earlier. I asked if we could split into a table of 4 and a table of 6 and she said she still couldn't accommodate us.
By turning away two large parties, the manager lost the restaurant at least $400 (and that is just the 2 parties I know she turned away). A more savvy business move would have been to say we have many big parties now and coming up soon, I can seat you but you are going to have to wait 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes (however long)..... and then we could have decided to stay or leave. She didn't give us that option she literally just turned us away, I have never seen such bad managing. We went to Copperhead and were told to wait 5 minutes and they could seat us.
