点评：We have been loyal Chiangmai customers for almost 10 years and have loved it so much that once we moved, we would drive over 30 min just to get their Pad Thai.
Sadly, the last 4 visits have been so bad and so inconsistent that we no longer want to give them chances to disappoint.
The first issue we had was WAY too much fish sauce. It was all you could taste.
The following time we ordered it spicy but it was sweet and very mild. Not awful, just not the way they normally make it.
Sadly, the last two times we ordered it was completely inedible and we had to throw it out. Had we not ordered it how we have enjoyed their food for years, I would think it was our mistake for ordering a heat level we could not handle, but this is not the case. The last 4 times we got takeout, we ordered it exactly the same way and got 4 completely different versions. All 4 of which were not good, 3 out of the 4 being completely inedible.
This makes me so sad because this has been our favorite place for so long.
