Unacceptable Marriott experience
钱伯斯堡万豪SpringHill Suites酒店的点评
点评：Absolutely unacceptable experience at SpringHill Suites Chambersburg. The negligence of the housekeeping department at this location ruined my vacation. Within 20 minutes of checking in, my one-year-old found a pill on the floor and started choking on it. She was terrified, vomited, and a pill came out with it. We had to rush to the front desk, then straight to urgent care and then the ER, where we spent five hours after driving seven hours.
As if that wasn’t enough, we later found a razor blade left in the shower. Luckily my children didn’t find it and get seriously hurt.
The front desk claimed the manager would contact me about our traumatic stay, but 4 days went by with no word, and I had to track her down myself. I was also promised an additional follow-up call from the general manager that never came. This showed a complete lack of accountability and concern for what happened to my family. I expect better from a Marriott brand hotel.
This was a frightening and disappointing experience that no guest should have to go through. A hotel room should be clean and safe, especially for children, and this location completely failed in that responsibility.
