点评：First I would like to commend Kaylee, our server who was the only positive thing about this restaurant. First of all it is dirty. The front door and windows are filthy and very unappetizing if you have to sit by a window that is smeared with gunk. The floors were littered in food and dirty dishes piled up close to where one had to eat. We waited for 45 mins. for a table. They were very busy but they all seemed to be running a round aimlessly and withour any direction. The two hostessess were pan faced and not overly friendly. Nobody seemed to have a sense of urgency in getting the tables cleaned off and ready for the next customers. We watched one guy take 15 min to clear a table. Another guy took two items at a time instead of using a tray. This took him several trips to the kitchen. One of the hostessess seemed to be running in the back all the time and nobody was giving any direction to the staff. The batthroom was no up to clean standards and the dryer did not work. The food left a lot to be desired as well. My potatoes were over spiced and undercooked. They tasted like they had been sitting for a couple of days. My English muffin was not toasted and everyone knows they are inedible if not toasted. Also my daughters avocado taost was not toasted. Too many negative things to return ever again and will be sure to recommend not going there. We have eaten at your restaurant in Montgomerville and it is a totally different experience. You need to address some of these problems otherwise you won't be in business much longer.
