Jacksons - Southpointe的点评
点评：I am a disabled Vet. who served 24 years in the US Navy. I use a scooter to get around when the walk is going to be long. We just checked into the hotel next door after driving all day and we were exhausted. The receptionist at the hotel suggested Jacksons when we asked about dinner. We dropped our luggage and my scooter in our room and headed over to get some dinner. After waiting about 20 minutes for the hostess to come back from wherever she was the 2 adults and 1 child where seated, and she came back to me. She asked if I had a reservation. This is the first that I had heard that you needed one. She then told us that she is booked, and we could try to come back in about 2 hours. As I stated earlier, I am a disabled Vet. and this was all I could do. We could see open tables and asked but all she said is that they were reserved. I feel she turned us away because we both looked pretty beat up from the long day of traveling.
