Chili's的点评
点评：We stopped on oir way back from Pittsburgh, so 5 hours into our drive, just needed a break and some lunch.
The food and the service for our table was fine. The food was as good as any other Chili's, the prices were fine, but to be honest I cant believe the prices at Chili's and other comparable restaurants, not this locations fault, but Chili's isnt so great that 2 meals and non alcoholic drinks is $60.
The issue was we seemed to be the only patrons in my aisle to get the right food.
Literally a woman and her 2 small children ordered a burger without onions, she got a burger with onions. Waitress apologized, manager apologized, they were going to give her a new burger and one to go.
Next someone brings her 2 Desserts, she didnt order dessert, they thought she ordered 2 of those and not 2 burgers. They were seated before we arrived, we ate, ordered, paid and left and she just got the 2 burgers, all with a young child and a baby.
Additionally, there were 2 other instances where food was brought to another table and sent back cause it was wrong. Like Im glad ours was correct, but seemed more like luck than anything else.
Training from Management is Needed.
