点评：This is the second time we've gone as a family with a reservation. This time, we only had to stand outside for 20 minute after our reserved time. (The first was over an hour.) We where sat right next to the kitchen and it was loud and the floor shook every time someone walked by.
I tried to order the prime rib and was told they don't have any tonight. (Despite the menu saying they serve Thursday - Saturday) The table next to us was seated 30 minutes after us and one of them ordered (and was served) prime rib. Our food took 75 minutes. My steak was cooked perfectly, but not seasoned. Everyone's fries where cold. The sandwich/ burger buns where soggy. The texture on the Alfredo had no one finishing it. (With 3 teenagers).
We where out for my birthday and had gift certificates. We didn't use the full amount and gave it to another patron. The service was good, but the experience was so disappointing. We won't be giving them a third chance.
