点评:I need to preface my review by saying I had visited the cafe in the past whenever I was in town and was delighted by its small town charm and great food. The staff was super friendly and warm. That being said I was so excited to take my husband and grandchild for breakfast on my last visit. We arrived at around 8:30 am and was served our drinks and our order was taken at 8:30 and at 9:30 with no food in sight and a dry coffee cup I managed to flag down the owner and her coffee pot for a refill. After asking if the order went it ok she sarcastically replied of course. When our meal arrived at 10:45ish I noticed there was a large amount of hair I quickly placed my napkin on it and was wanting a hasty exit. My husband had no idea as he tipped a ridiculous amount to make up for his impatience, our order to go also had hair. I get that you may want to serve the locals first but I also believe in taking accountability and humbling yourself when needed not being vengeful because we called BS on your business practices. It’s so sad that I can not go in there again. Mayberry hospitality is dead there😔 I am disappointed with the horrific customer service.
