点评:I went in with my husband and brother for a quick bite at the end of the day. So many things went wrong . Waited and waited at the counter until three deep(two other families). We finally ordered and I ordered the pretzel stick with cheese (I wasn’t very hungry). When it came, the pretzels were hard and looking at them, it looked as if they had been freezer burned. I tried to eat one but tasted as b ad as it looked. I took it back and apologized for having to return it, but just wanted a refund. The refund would be used to order three cones after our meal. They do not do a refund of any kind. Offered me a small sundae, which I didn’t want. I asked that it be an ice cream cone. Said ok, I could have a small. I didn’t want a small and said I would take a medium and pay and difference. They would not do that. At that point, my brother and husband had completed their meal (which was ok) and joined me at the counter. In the end we ordered and paid for the three cones. We waited and waited for our cones to be made. Finally someone walked by and we asked for our paid cones. She said ok and disappeared. The employees are very disorganized and so poorly trained but respectful (the only redeeming factor). At the beginning of this story the girl had had to call manager to see how the refund should be handled but manager said they do t do any refunds.
Long story short the absolute worst respect for a customer. We cannot recommend on any level. Will never go here again.
By the way, we were not the only concerned customers in the lobby last evening. We think they all disappeared to handle the Door Dash orders? 29/11/2024
