点评：This was one for the memory banks. The Sommelier, Linda, originally from Romania, was our server. She could tell us great detail about every wine in their cellar since she personally took great care to select and purchase tem. She and I had a common link having trained and certified under WSET (Wine and Spirits Education Trust). She is a Level 3 and training for Level 4 (Diploma of Wine). She also knows the food menu in great detail. We had a fabulous wine and food tasting that lasted for three hours (it was not terribly busy on this Thursday night). Everything we had was absolutely perfectly prepared and presented. We shared a lot of laughs while learning a great deal about what we were consuming. This was fine dining at its best in a relaxed environment. We were even serenaded by a very talented pianist. It was the best food and wine experience that I have had in many years.
