点评：We were a bigger party and went in the early evening with a rez. Things were humming because of the positive press but a lot went wrong. First, there aren't sufficient staff. No host/hostess, 3 hustling waiters and 1 slowwww bartender. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and almost an hour to get severed. We watched guests waiting for 40+ minutes in the doorway before being seated because everything was backed up and once that starts, it's a night-long event. We were excited to try the food but there was nothing exciting about it. My $14 salad wasn't dressed, so it was a tasteless bowl of arugula. It was so busy, and the waiters were so harried, that I didn't even want to ask for dressing and felt bad asking for anything. My guest's chicken and waffles had undercooked non-crispy waffles. Sad. The main-meal sandwiches weren't better than mediocre. On a positive note, the crab cakes were reportedly good and so was the carrot tartare. Good veggie and GF choices on menu. Overall, the service was awful, but only because there were nowhere near enough staff to manage demand. Most of us thought the food was okay, at best. It was a Thursday night. Might be okay another off hour day. We were hoping for more.
