点评：Arrived circa 8:30 PM in driving rain, no one on site. Retrieved the 5 pages of instructions from the mailbox at entryway, grabbed the 2 wheel luggage cart and lugged our stuff to our cabin. Following the complicated instructions to open the door, my wife immediately sensed a very strong cigarette odor, I followed and the cabin reeked of cigarettes. We are not overly sensitive to a slight cigarette odor but it was too much. I called the site manager per the instructions and she told me that I was mistaken and it was impossible. She then stated that I must be smelling smoke from a wood burning stove 2 cabins away. Stunned by this response, I invited her to come to the cabin and smell it. She told me that the owner was gone and she didn't want to drive across town (Port Orford is a very, very small town). Her demeaner the whole time insinuated that we were lying, overly sensitive or crazy. So in the dark, rainy night, we carted the luggage back to the car and left to find and drive to alternate accommodations.
