点评：We tried Sorella's now twice and have been terribly disappointed both times. Last month we bought two pizzas and although the ingredients were very good, the crust was so tough, we could hardly chew it. It obviously wasn't fresh dough/crust. We have never had pizza where the crust was so incredibly tough!!!!! (and we ate a lot of pizza in college). The second time we went for dinner, we had the focaccia bread appetizer. It was awful, the focaccia bread was OLD, not freshly made as advertised. It was retrograded and yucky!!! We paid $10.00 for the appetizer and they gave us old, dried out focaccia bread, hoping we wouldn't notice but we did. It was absolutely awful. Also the spaghetti was so spicy hot that our foreheads sweat. In our 66 years of living, we have never heard of spaghetti being "hot". These folks may know their ingredients but they don't know how to serve a decent meal. We will never return, passing old product off on us was enough for us, NO MORE! Can't recommend this restaurant.
