Amazing restaurant and great value hotel
Rogue Regency Inn & Suites的点评
点评：We stayed one night to break up a drive from the SF Bay Area to Bend. (After taking a route through coastal California before heading inland around crescent city). Some of the older reviews were concerning but we took the chance based on more recent reviews and it being in the price range and area that worked for our plane.
The property was renovated recently, and for the hotel class - it exceeded expectations. We weren’t expecting a 3.5+ star property- so a few minor cosmetic things like older dressers didn’t really bother us. The room was clean and that was what mattered.
During our stay there were multiple baseball teams also staying at the property- I mention it because I was impressed that we didn’t hear outside noises in our room. It’s also a pet friendly hotel but unlike other ones we’ve stayed in we never heard dogs barking or anything like that.
Staff were all very friendly and even provided a free razor and shaving cream when we realized we forgot to pack it.
But the real gem is the restaurant on site - Chadwick’s. Holy smokes was that food amazing! My boyfriend ordered the prime rib (Friday/Saturday only) with garlic mashed potatoes and veggies, I had a burger that had thin sliced prime rib on it, with garlic fries. Both meals were delicious. My boyfriend said it was one of the best prime rib dinners of his life. The waiter said the meat is all local - from a farm in town. Service was also great, and I enjoyed a lovely local wine with my meal.
We will definitely stay here again if we’re passing through the Medford area!
