The BEST wine tour!!!!

点评：This is a long one - buckle up! WORTH IT!!!!!!
WOW! Seriously, the best wine tour I’ve ever been on! Matt and Bethany recently took over MountNbarrel and we are so lucky to have worked with them!!!! Matt, our guide and COO, has found his calling. He is well beyond a “people person” and possibly the nicest human ever. He CARES so much about this experience for his clients and it truly shows. We couldn’t thank him enough!
He called me to touch base about the tour ahead of our trip, offered personalized concierge advice, and was truly a delight from start to finish. He really took into account what our group was looking for and was so personable and BEYOND helpful.
We had planned for a private tour to 3 wineries, including lunch, and paid a very reasonable cost that fit well without our budget. Matt and Francois (our amazing driver!) picked us up in a beautiful 15-seater van and they came prepared with fancy snacks (sweet and savory!), sparkling waters, and other (NA, of course) beverages for our journey.
At our first stop, I received a call with a major issue with our accommodation (long story), but I was instantly stressed out. Matt so kindly took over the conversation with the accommodation contact so that I could continue to enjoy our wine tasting - thank god he did because the people with the accommodation were a hot mess! Not only that, but at our second stop, Francois dropped us off and literally drove to the accommodation to take care of the issue. They did not skip a beat!!! Talk about above and beyond!!!! THEN he came back with a kombucha selection for one of our girls who couldn’t drink much wine because we had talked about it earlier!!!! 😱 Like, for real, give them your money. Haha
By the end, Matt had typed out a helpful list of Hood River downtown spots for us to enjoy with personalized recommendations for spots (and wine!) we’d love.
I can’t stop raving about this tour and this company. It was the BEST part of Hood River!!! Book them ASAP - you will be the next raving review novelist like me 😂
