点评:We chose this restaurant for the reason of what it was like in the past. We realize new owners have to get into a rhythm, however, hire a chef,a baker and a dishwasher etc. before you open. Just a suggestion. The interior is lovely as usual. The innermost workings, aren’t working. Presentation is everything, get rid of the “tacky” paper plates. Casual is one thing, paper plates is totally another. Not many customers in that day, so my husband’s hamburger should not have been burnt on the outside and raw inside. My wontons were overdone as well. My soup was good, but served lukewarm. While waiting,we had conversation with a table next to us,(longtime patrons as well) on what they could do to make this a success. We all agreed on the “paper plates “, hire a chef and a baker. When we think of what “Pacific Way “once was, it almost brings a tear to my eye. Oh, one last comment. Don’t sideline the pizza. Pizza will always save the day! That’s the one thing that will always keep customers returning.
