Very poor customer service.

点评：We received a last minute call that are reservation was canceled. We were told a group just canceled and since there was only six others scheduled for the trip, they would not go out. I carefully read the contract we received with our purchase several days ago. It clearly states that a cancelation can only be done 72 hours in advance to receive a refund. Clearly not the case. The only other reason the company can legally cancel is do to weather conditions. The weather forecast for our scheduled trip tomorrow is fantastic. Also, this company has scheduled whale watching trips for tomorrow. My husband and I purchased the fishing permits yesterday at a local sporting goods store and are applicable only for tomorrow. So we are out that cost. We had saved the fishing excursion for the last day of our trip. It is too late to book anything else for tomorrow. We asked that they at least reimburse us for the cost of the one day fishing license but they declined. I would think twice about booking with this group. We were mislead by the reviews. My guess is that it would have been enjoyable had they followed through with their obligation. Most companies can perform well if there are no hiccups. Companies that stand out and deserve our business are those that rise to the occasion when a problem arises. The very least they could have done is reimburse us our out of pocket costs.
